As the Manager, People Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic priorities of the People team, ensuring a people-first employee experience. You are a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment, translating vision into action and driving accountability. With your experience in HR program management, you will help drive high-impact initiatives that support our people and business goals. Collaborating closely with the Chief People Office, the People Leadership Team and cross-functional teams, you will leverage data and best practices to support the optimization of our people strategies.
Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team to drive accountability and execution of people strategies and ensure alignment with company priorities
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement high-impact programs
Supports the execution of defined people strategies to align with business goals and enhance the employee experience
Leverage technology and data to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness
Own and manage strategic HR projects from inception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met
Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting efforts, collaborating with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure strategic alignment with business needs
Supports the rollout of new HR initiatives by developing change management plans and measuring effectiveness through employee feedback and engagement
Research and apply best practices in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development to continuously improve and innovate people programs
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate key insights, recommendations, and the impact of people initiatives to senior leadership
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
Minimum of 8 years in related field
Bachelor’s degree
