Role Summary :
The People Operations Coordinator supports the People team in managing day-to-day operations, including orientation facilitation, employee engagement initiatives and budget management. This role facilitates communication across departments, assists with compliance and reporting, and helps implement programs that enhance employee experience.

Required Qualifications :
- 6 - 12 months of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
