- A good business analyst possesses a strong background in manufacturing, especially ETO/MTO environments
- Experienced in designing solutions for complex manufacturing environments
- Good exposure to ERPs and understanding of CPQ applications
- Anchor and lead all the conversations with the business stakeholders
- Understand the workflows and integrations with the other systems
