Job Details
Maintain existing Active Directory users and groups to enable successful synchronization with Microsoft 365
Manage and maintain Azure Active directory Entra ID Users and Group
Support maintenance and upgrades related to Microsoft 365 Services Plan
Identify and fix Users and Group accounts causing conflicts to sync with Microsoft 365
Prepare Implement the migration plan approach and validate the solution as per plan
Manage and maintain existing authentication with Microsoft 365
Perform proactive remediation such as documentation or configuration changes that aim to reduce future M365 incidents
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to IT Standards and process compliance
Manage existing email gateway servers to ensure successful external email delivery
Management and Administration of User Mailboxes Email addresses Mailbox permissions Shared Mailboxes Using MS Tools and PowerShell Scripts
Daily Monitoring and auditing Microsoft 365 environments and highlight critical s events to client and troubleshootresolve identified issues
Manage access controls for different Microsoft 365 applications
Technical coordination and communication with the various stake holders involved in change management
Technical coordination and troubleshooting of issues with Microsoft Support teams
Manage mobile devices via MDM solution
Manage Microsoft Teams OneDrive for Business and SharePoint online
