Over 14 years of testing experience in the Salesforce domain with expertise in independently managing and validating QA processes especially in the Salesforce Field Service area
2 Extensive handson experience in transitioning from incumbent vendors and leading transformation activities
3 Proficient in automation using tools such as Selenium Leapwork and Copado Test Automation
4 Managing Onsite Offshore model
5 Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks eg Selenium JIRA
6 Understanding of different types of testing eg manual automated performance
7 Scripting languages eg Python Java
8 Experience with automation tools eg Jenkins TestNG
9 Performance testing tools eg LoadRunner JMeter
10 Technical depth including SDLC integration and system testing
