Job Description:
As a Server at Sakura Bana, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests. Your role will include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while learning about sushi and Japanese cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations when necessary.
- Provide menu knowledge and answer any questions guests may have about the menu or ingredients.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that guests are enjoying their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
