Busboy/Dishwasher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, clearing tables, and supporting the kitchen staff to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

• Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer needs.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
• Support catering events by preparing dining areas and assisting with setup and breakdown.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations is a plus, particularly in catering or hotel environments.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
