DESCRIPTION
Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships, part of SAL Community Services, is the Quad Cities areas leading provider of early childhood care and education. We provide a safe, secure and supportive environment centered on how playing can charge the mind of the children we care for.
The Data Analyst and Administrative Supervisor provides administrative support to the Early Head Start Director, Early Head Start Management Team and the Policy Council. Support includes advanced clerical tasks, meeting attendance and note taking, logistical coordination of meetings and trainings, document creation and data collection and analysis for on-going monitoring and compliance. You will :
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders and inform programmatic decisions.
- Assist with the annual Early Head Start Self-Assessment, Annual Reports, and Community Assessment.
- Assist Human Resources and Early Childhood Education Manager with tracking Early Head Start personnel qualifications, training requirements, and employment requirements for verification and quality assurance.
- Participate in recruitment activities and events throughout the multi-county service area.
- Support the Senior Procurement and Vendor Manager on inventory, purchasing and / or obtaining bids as needed.
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to Administrative Assistant - IT.
- Ensure the responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of the Administrative Assistant - IT in accordance with organization and grantor policies and applicable federal and state laws.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Required : Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, Education, Management or related field. Preferred : More than two years of experience in data collection and analysis and / or experience working in an early childhood education setting. Supervisory experience a plus.
