We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information
- Utilize Microsoft Office
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office.
- Spanish speaking is a must.
- Great typing skill.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
