Salad Station Germantown is looking for a Store Manager to lead all aspects of our business. We pride ourselves for having one of the best (and freshest) cultures in town! We aren't just in the salad business; we are in the people business!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily front of house and back restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Regularly review product quality.
- Organize and supervise shifts and schedules.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational cost.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service operations.

Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Honest, Hardworking and Thoughtful
- Reliable transportation
- must be able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
