Job Summary :
As a Catering and LRM Coordinator at SWFB, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the
success of our catering program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with current and potential clients, coordinating and executing catering
orders, and providing excellent customer support. Your efforts will directly contribute to
the growth of our catering business and enhancing Client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Communication and Relationship Building :
Establish and maintain regular contact with general manager and
owner.
Cultivate strong working relationships to ensure clear
communication and smooth coordination of catering orders and LRM
activities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all catering orders are
accurately processed and executed.
LRM what not – Execution Quarterly LRM programs from Marketing
How GMS / locations currently perform
Follow-Up and Client Satisfaction :
Conduct follow-up calls and emails with clients who have placed
catering orders. Pre and post-delivery.
Gather feedback on client catering experience, including
satisfaction levels and any areas for improvement.
Use feedback to enhance service and secure future catering
orders.
Order Tracking and Documentation :
Ensure accurate record-keeping to facilitate efficient order
management.
Develop tracking process by location to track client satisfaction and
restaurant performance.
Local Marketing and Engagement :
Identify opportunities to support schools, clubs, teams, and local
organizations in the local community and coordinate promotional efforts
accordingly.
Track RTO and success rate of implemented LRM strategies and
activities.
Marketing Team Member calibration
Develop a working relationship with brand managers and
coordinators to support BDF and Woworks LRM strategies.

Sample Schedule : Tuesday - Friday
Touch base regarding caterings for the week. check in with each GM for
the next day’s catering.
Coordinate support if needed. Other support can look like placing will call
orders for items they are out of that are needed for the catering.
After lunch follow up calls and thank you emails sent to the previous day’s
catering clients. The remaining time can be spent sending thank you emails.
Research / cold call one new business per corporate location and pitch the
catering program
Integrate LRM support and activity building as position develops
Sample Schedule : Monday
Since there are rarely weekend caterings, Mondays 9am-12 : 30pm time slot can be
allocated to researching and identifying what businesses to call the remainder of the
week. Each period can be split in half and focus on two types of businesses from the
Catering Hot Target List (example : Weeks 1 & 2 : accounting firms Weeks 3 & 4 :
attorneys)
