The Engineering manager is responsible for managing and developing a fast-paced team and supporting key capabilities of the department. A hands-on manager involved in product design and engineering while managing resources to meet company goals.

Quality Control, Continuous improvement, Lean Manf, 5S
Computer skilled; Solidworks CAD, Microsoft expert
College Grad with 7 years of work related experience
Cabinet, Woodworking, Millwork Industry experience
Cabinet, Woodworking, Millwork Industry experience
Secondary Skills preferred: Include but are not limited to experience:
Purchasing, Logistics, Production Management and Scheduling
Responsibilities:
Manage the Engineering Team of 5
New Product design and engineering including CAD, BOM creation and costing
CAR and ECN, Engineering Database mgt.
Special Project mgt.
Manufacturing Process development. Work cell, equipment
