Busser Job Responsibilities: The right busser is committed to ensuring high-quality customer service and the capacity to handle the pressure of restaurant work. • Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils.

• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Busser Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience Requirements

• Experience as a busser preferred
• High school diploma or GED

Employer-provided Basic Life Insurance and Basic AD&D are provided after 90 days of employment. 401K eligibility is available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment, and part-time employees after working 1000 total hours.
