Position: Banquet Setup PM Supervisor
Location: Middleburg, VA

Role Overview: As the Banquet Setup PM Supervisor, you'll work with the Director of Banquets and the Food & Beverage leadership team to develop and execute banquet and catering programs. You'll oversee banquet setup, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute banquet functions per BEOs and timelines
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful events
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of function spaces
- Train, supervise, and schedule banquet staff
- Ensure safety standards and equipment fulfillment
- Coordinate with Engineering for repairs and maintenance
- Create standards for banquet operations, including buffets, breaks, and plated events
- Manage inventory of China, glass, silver, and equipment
- Conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations for banquet staff
- Develop and manage monthly forecasts with department heads
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement
- Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies
- Ensure packages are transferred and shipped properly
Qualifications:
- 4 years in banquet service, 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
