Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Equestrian Center Facility Attendant to care for our resort horses and maintain the Equestrian Center facility and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily care of the resort herd: grooming, bathing, stable chores, field cleaning, and facility upkeep.
- Ensuring safety and practicing safe habits.
- Performing tasks like stacking hay, fence repair, and arena dragging.
- Interacting with guests at the Equestrian Center.
- Attending hospitality and luxury standards training classes.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum of five years of professional equestrian experience.
- Gentle horse handling techniques and horsemanship skills.
- Valid Driver’s License required; First aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must be physically fit for various weather conditions.
