Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Take and record food and beverage telephone orders with precision.
- Menu Guidance: Offer menu guidance and manage substitutions with finesse.
- Customer Support: Provide knowledgeable answers to queries about our exquisite offerings.
- Communication: Ensure accurate order entry and communication with our culinary team.
- Special Requests: Embrace additional responsibilities, from managing special requests to maintaining transaction records.
Education & Experience:
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays and PM shifts
- Excellent communication skills in the primary workplace language.
- Basic computational and computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with upscale dining settings and service ware.
- A flair for suggestive selling to highlight our signature dishes.
