Position Objective
As the ADOS, you will play a pivotal role in building a clear and credible vision for our sales team. You will balance proactive and reactive selling, maintain and grow key accounts, and develop the sales team. Your strategic sales and revenue leadership will be crucial in maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Training : Mentor and train sales staff, lead recruitment efforts, and conduct sales meetings.
- Strategic Sales : Incorporate marketing initiatives to support group and catering sales strategies.
- Market Analysis : Maintain knowledge of the competitive set and make strategic recommendations.
- Revenue Management : Achieve personal and team revenue goals, manage P&L, and forecast group sleeping rooms and event revenue.
- Customer Relations : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships for future bookings.
