Essential Job Functions :

  • Provide professional and high-quality massage services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
  • Restock treatment rooms with fresh linens and supplies.
  • Adapt to changes in daily schedules as needed.
  • Promote retail sales and encourage massage upgrades.
  • Perform up to 5 massages in a row.

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Virginia massage therapist license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a resort or spa setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work AM / PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
