POSITION OBJECTIVE
Oversee the operations of our exclusive members only club. This role requires song leadership, exceptional customer service, and expertise in managing food and beverage services, facilities, and member engagement.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee the daily operations of the members club, ensuring an exceptional experience for members.- Manage and lead a team of hospitality F&B professionals.
- Ensure top-tier service quality in all Club F&B operations, including ala carte, events and other catering services.
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure all club areas, including dining spaces, lounges, and recreational areas, are well-maintained.
- Develop and implement programs, events, and activities to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and cost-effective solutions for club operations.
- Coordinate special events, private functions, and entertainment to enhance the club’s offerings.
- Enforce club policies, rules, and safety protocols to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses for club enhancements and partnerships.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience in managing a private members club, luxury hospitality venue, or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in managing high-end F&B operations and service standards.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, program development, and hospitality marketing.
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance for food and facility operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or luxury service industries.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in using club management software
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with members, staff, and external partners.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching to set up events and oversee club activities.
