POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Spa Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team with the support of the Spa Operations Supervisor. In addition, the Spa Operations Lead will also assist with the training and MOD shifts when scheduled as.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Training
- Support the Spa Operations Supervisor with the onboarding training for the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team
- Supports the Spa Operations Supervisor with the ongoing training for the Concierge and Facilitator teams. Complete Weekly role plays
- Ensures the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team supports and consistently executes the Salamander Vision. Brand Promise and Core Values
Systems
- Continuously revies departments SOP’s, checklists, and logs ensuring that all standards are met
- Assist with logging and managing maintenance requests in Nuvola
- Assist with managing phone and email appointments requests
Spa Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of Spa Reception and Facility areas
- Assist with MOD Shifts as needed and complete the required tasks and MOD Log as needed
- Outline weekly and monthly team duties
- Dealing with dissatisfied or disgruntled guests
- Operations Lead will cover concierge and facilitator shifts as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years of age or older.- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
- Minimum of 2 years Guest Service
