- Make sure all cells have the required primers and glass available to begin production.
- Ensure the availability of small components on the work cell.
- Utilize and enforce standard operating procedures and inspection standards.
- Work collectively with maintenance and other departments to resolve production and/or equipment issues.
- Promote high safety and housekeeping standards.
- Other duties as assigned by facility management.
