Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Genuine interest for the AEC industry and a passion to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with construction documents, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and schedules is advantageous.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks, with a readiness to perform duties onsite or at project locations as needed.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders, bend, and lift heavy items.
