Electrical Engineer - Designer

Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer - Designer will use AutoCAD and REVIT to design electrical systems, lighting layouts, and power systems for commercial spaces.
General Duties:
- Perform basic electrical engineering calculations
- Layout and design electrical distribution
- Work on lighting design and lighting controls
- Design systems in accordance with the NEC and IECC
- Design projects from conceptual design to completion
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership ability and entrepreneurial spirit
- Self-starter that requires little direction to get moving on a project
Qualifications:
- You have 3 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for various types of facilities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science preferred
- PE license a plus
