Job Summary
The Project Analyst provides program execution in support to initiatives for a Headquarters Air Force client that
conducts policy development and oversight of mission sustainment/encroachment risk management and
community partnerships. Primary purpose of this position is to identify and assess hazards that impact military
missions and support the maintenance of the operations and functions of military installations, assets, airspaces,
and ranges.

Job Summary
The Project Analyst provides program execution in support to initiatives for a Headquarters Air Force client that

community partnerships. Primary purpose of this position is to identify and assess hazards that impact military
missions and support the maintenance of the operations and functions of military installations, assets, airspaces,
and ranges.
As a Member Of This Team, You Will
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise with Mission Sustainment Program.
- Collaborate with Program Manager and oversee team members to create program deliverables that are compliant with the contract requirements.
- Create, manage, and disburse project data, communications, and reports.
- Prepare and deliver oral presentations, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with client team and other DoD stakeholders to resolve. concerns, complete tasks, and convey information in accordance with policy and regulations.
- Support the management of DoD data and assessment tools.
- Provide facilitation and meeting support with military and civilian stakeholders, industry stakeholders, and other representatives.
- Support the program in strategic planning, reporting, and process improvement where necessary to ensure successful client mission implementation.
- Collaborate with the team to complete tasks within the planned scope, schedule, and budget, while serving as a liaison for the project's technical, functional, and non-functional teams.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Conduct high-level stakeholder engagement on key mission impact areas.
- Lead teammates to oversee processes to mitigate impacts to Air Force mission.
- Facilitate response teams towards shared solutions.
- Provide strategic advice and recommend process improvements to enhance return on investment for clients.
- Present and brief to key stakeholders to secure cooperation, resolve concerns, and convey information in accordance with policy and regulations.
- Draft and execute agreements for stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an operational understanding on encroachment hazards within military airspace, ranges, and long-range radars.
- Apply expertise in technical writing, strategic analysis, and high-quality and results-oriented deliverables.
- Travel for meetings, conferences, workshops as needed (20%).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- You have a Secret Clearance, required.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.
- Preferred degrees include Environmental Sciences, Geography, Planning, Communications, Public Policy, or related field.
- Master’s Degree is a plus.
- You have 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- DoD contracting experience and/or military service is required.
- Air Force Aviation experience is a plus.
- GIS experience is a plus.
- You have experience with any of the following: DoD’s Mission Compatibility Assessment Tool (MCAT); FAA Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) tool; DoD’s Military Aviation and Installation Assurance Siting Clearinghouse; foreign investment in energy development and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS); the Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program; joint land use studies (JLUS) or other compatible use plans; installation complex encroachment management action plans (ICEMAPs); air installation compatible use zone (AICUZ) plans; military installation resilience (MIR) plans; installation master plans, or similar military-community land use planning effort; wind turbine impact modeling.
