Responsibilities :
As a Technology Intern, you will gain practical experience working on cutting-edge projects in technology engineering, programming and integration. This role offers hands-on experience with seasoned professionals in a supportive and enriching environment. Assist in the design, development, programming and implementation of AV technology solutions for clients in the government and corporate space.
Collaborate with project teams to develop custom software and user interfaces for audio DSP and AV control systems.
Support our design build team members for the integration of audiovisual systems at our shop and client facilities.
Conduct research on emerging AV technology and systems programming trends, applications, and best practices to support innovative solutions.
Potential site visits to assist with the deployment, testing and debugging of AV software systems, as well as systems commissioning and audio systems tuning.
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Passionate about AV technology and eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Experience with programming projects and scripting languages, including Python or LUA preferred.
Adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks, with readiness to perform duties onsite as required.
Previous internship or co-op experience in AV technology or related fields is advantageous but not required.
