Job Summary :
The Senior Electrical Engineer will design building electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm, and special systems. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of market sectors, such as healthcare, academic, industrial, and commercial projects.
In this role, you will :
- Design electrical systems including lighting, power, life safety, and security systems.
- Develop calculations for lighting systems and associated controls.
- Lead project teams and serve as the primary contact for the discipline with clients.
- Perform QA / QC of design work and prepare detailed design documents.
- Oversee and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines.
- Assist in the procurement of new work; including the development of client relations and participation in project interviews.
