Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Scheduler
Job Description:
We are seeking a front desk concierge/medical scheduler to join our luxury aesthetic plastic surgery practice
Qualifications: include but not limited to,
-fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication in both
-comfortable with computers both iPad and PC, utilizing apps, Microsoft word, Excel, etc with ability to learn EMR platforms for scheduling, emailing, invoicing, etc.
-preparing refreshments, gowns, rooms and supplies for patients
-light cleaning to maintain appearance of office
-answer phones and patients questions about the practice, guiding patients through scheduling an appointment, confirming appointments and securing payments for appointments
-checkout patients post procedure, taking payments and scheduling followups
-attention to detail
-excellent organizational skills
-ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team while also being able to independently work and take charge of situations
-maintain professional appearance with a friendly demeanor
-strong interpersonal communication skills
-basic sales skills
-ability to work independently as you would function as the only front desk
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week
