Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh salads and wraps according to customer specifications.
- Ensure all food items are stored, prepared, and served at the proper temperatures to maintain food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation and service areas, following all health and safety regulations.
- Interact positively with customers, providing excellent service and assisting them in menu selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash register operations with integrity.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed operational goals and customer service objectives.
- Participate in training new team members and sharing knowledge about menu items and food preparation processes.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in food service or a fast-paced environment is a plus.
