Manufacturing Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician {Process, Equipment, Test Technicians} to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Document production data accurately and maintain records as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, electrical components, or automation technology is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
