Must be flexible to train on A or B shift

Under supervision of the Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic components at a component level, ensuring an efficient and timely process for completing repair orders and projects. Close collaboration with Repair Technicians on various projects is essential. Other job duties as assigned by the Engineer Manager. An IPC certification is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components
- Troubleshoot to the component level
- Resolve more complex technical issues
- Read and work from schematics
- Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels
- Keep a clean and organized work station
- Assist other Technicians in aspects of repair
- Possesses technical knowledge necessary for interpreting technical design drawings and specifications
- Performs activities related to manufacturing, installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of electrical circuits and components and/or mechanical equipment
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions
- Utilize stick welding techniques for repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- The Technician performs activities related to manufacturing, installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of electrical circuits and components and/or mechanical equipment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Familiarity with using a voltmeter for electrical diagnostics
- Possess soldering and de-soldering skills
- In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory
- Certification in Electronics or an IPC Certification
- A minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in soldering
- The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical work
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication
