What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher position at Saldino's Kiddie Cottage Child Care?
Kiddie Cottage Child Care is committed to providing exceptional care for children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Our professional staff will provide your child a safe and nurturing environment while implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum that incorporate fun while learning. KCCC's goal is to help children develop to their fullest potential cognitively, physically, socially and emotionally. Through developmentally appropriate activities, children learn to freely explore the world around them with confidence, independence and an eagerness to learn. Our center is focused on building relationships with families. Our staff is committed to the families we serve, providing care and support.
We are currently looking for up-beat teachers to help our child care center grow. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday between the hours of 6:30 am- 6:00 pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
~Plan activities according to curriculum objectives.
~Meet all the needs of the individual children.
~Provide a nurturing environment for all students.
~Complete quarterly assessments of children's developments.
~Keep all appropriate records.
~Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
*All teacher applicants must have their 45 hour in infant and toddler growth and development and their 45 hours in infant and toddler curriculum, Americans with Disabilities Act training, 9 hour communication or 1 college credit*
* CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration is a plus
