What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant I or II position at Salem Dental Associates?
Dental Assistant (CDAI or CDAII) needed for an established well managed fast paced highly efficient general dentist practice in Winston Salem, NC, that services both children and adults.
We are seeking an individual who is a team player, self-motivated, dependable, outgoing, and interested in being a long term team member. Must be able to multitask! X-ray certified is a MUST our primary focus is on overall wellness of our patients and patient education. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
You must be able to provide direct chairside assistance, assist hygienist as needed, sterilization, breaking rooms down, set up trays, take x-rays, etc. Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus, but not required!
Dr. Yen also runs a dental assisting school called DA1.5 Dental Assisting School in Winston-Salem, NC and this position also includes mentoring students as they rotate through the office during their training.
Position is full time Monday - Tuesday (8-5), Wed. and Thurs. (7-3). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
