Service Advisor

Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking repair services. Your expertise in equipment maintenance and repair will help guide customers through their service needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for the turf equipment industry.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs
• Utilize your knowledge of equipment to recommend appropriate services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and follow-ups.
• Manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and costs.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong background in equipment repair & maintenance, or as a mechanic/service technician.
• Familiarity with service management practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
