Salem Farm Supply, Inc. is looking to grow its sales team. As the Corporate Used Inventory Manager for Salem Farm Supply, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring an innovative used equipment management process. This employee is a key decision-maker who drives the sale of premium brands with the backing of a service-oriented dealership. This role will work closely with an inside & outside sales team that supports agricultural, construction, turf, and residential equipment markets; and will report directly to the Corporate Sales Manager. A successful candidate will have experience evaluating used equipment, establishing reconditioning budgets, and implementing effective remarketing campaigns. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required as you'll be working with a large team of Sales, Service, and Parts Departments. Requirements:
- An understanding of agricultural, construction, turf, and residential equipment markets
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to travel, sometimes overnight
- Organized and professional
- Clean driving record
Preferences:
- Capable of using standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Dealer Business Systems, and Used Equipment Hosting Sites
- Understanding of various sales and inventory reports, experience creating reports and tracking performance metrics
- Familiarity with used equipment financing as well as the tools available to remarket equipment provided by OEMs
- Capable of establishing reconditioning budgets and ensuring work is performed within budget
- Experience or exposure to evaluating off-road equipment and implements
- Equipment retail sales and financing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
