Your Role With Us:
As a Clinic Supervisor, your role is multifaceted and requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure smooth clinic operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the clinic’s administrative functions, including staffing, scheduling, medical records, insurance verification, co-pay collection, billing, coding, and claims denial management in collaboration with the Clinic Manager. Additionally, you’ll support financial responsibilities such as developing budgets, preparing variance reports, and implementing strategic operational decisions. You will maintain a positive workplace culture by promoting service standards, fostering collaborative relationships, and representing the clinic within the community. Compliance with regulatory requirements will be a key focus, ensuring all clinic policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also manage staff personnel tasks, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and discipline, while also overseeing payroll and timecard approvals. In supporting clinic-specific tactical needs, you’ll handle EPIC ambulatory systems, patient experience initiatives, and compliance-related tasks. You will maintain HIPAA compliance, manage the patient schedule through the Cadence application, and act as a liaison between the clinic, Salem Health departments, and community organizations to optimize patient care. Your role will require flexibility and problem-solving to ensure optimal clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

Background/Expertise:
- Associate Degree- in healthcare related field REQUIRED or 2 years of directly related experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.
- Two (2) years of directly related experience
- Six (6) months in supervisory capacity or similar role REQUIRED
- One (1) year of experience as an Medical Assistant (MA) PREFERRED
- Specialty Specific experience REQUIRED
