Your Role With Us:
Salem Hospital, one of Oregon's largest acute-care hospitals, currently licensed for 644 acute-care beds, is a not-for-profit, Level II Trauma Center operating one of the busiest emergency departments on the West Coast, treating greater than 115,000 patients/year. Our Emergency Department provides services for orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, anesthesiology, emergency medicine, radiology and critical care.

Background/Expertise:
- Associates degree of nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree of nursing (BSN) or non-nursing Bachelor’s degree with Master’s degree of nursing (MSN) required.
- ADN graduates with less than 5 years of acute care experience required to sign agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire.
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN Staff Nurse experience required, acute care RN Staff Nurse experience preferred.
- Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing in the State of Oregon.
- BLS required.
