Your Role With Us:
The Payroll System Analyst plays a critical role in payroll processing and payroll systems, with a strong focus on problem-solving, system thinking, and technical expertise. This position involves troubleshooting complex payroll issues by analyzing system configurations, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions. The role includes working with varying payroll systems, ensuring compliance with multistate payroll regulations, and driving process improvements. While primarily remote, there may be occasional on-site requirements for projects. This role emphasizes critical thinking, system optimization, and ensuring payroll functions efficiently within an in-house payroll processing environment.

Background/Expertise:
- Bachelor Degree - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Management, Accounting or related field OR 6 years of professional experience (including a combination of payroll processing and payroll system administration) accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience that includes both payroll processing and system administration required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience with HTML, SQL and/or Crystal reporting as well as experience of ensuring regulatory payroll compliance preferred.
