Your Role With Us:
- Maintain proficiency in all aspects of 340B and pharmaceutical purchasing; Maintains various data sets related to 340B.
- Participates in self audits, external audits and government audits; Performs self-audits of qualifications within 340B software.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload to ensure efficiency and accuracy; Assists in training new staff. Keeps current with changes and learns new procedures in a timely manner.
- Perform basic problem solving skills; Participates in assigned quality assurance activities required to maintain the established standard of departmental performance.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and non-pharmacy teams to provide exceptional patient care and patient experience.

Background/Expertise:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician Licensure required; Additional National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
- Prior Pharmacy experience with extensive customer interaction preferred.
- One (1) year of 340B experience preferred.
- Understands and applies knowledge of infection control practices and proper body mechanics.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills (verbal and listening) and teamwork skills; Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with technology; Ability to work under potentially stressful or emergent situations.
- Must have legible handwriting; Must be able to accurately type 30 wpm.
- Must be capable of medium work, including some lifting, bending and stooping; must be able to walk extended distances, use the stairs and remain standing for prolonged time periods.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
