Your Role With Us:
As a Physical Therapist where you'll play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients using evidence-based standards and measures, collaborating with patients and their families to establish measurable goals and utilizing safe, evidence-based treatment strategies to progress patients towards those goals. Your responsibilities will include thorough documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and effective caseload management. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain clinical competence, and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a valid license to practice in Oregon, have clinical experience, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Background/Expertise:
- Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon is required
- Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association within 90 Days of hired required
- Clinical Experience in practice setting is strongly preferred
