Your Role With Us:
As an Assistant Nurse Manager at Salem Health, you will have a direct and visible impact on patient experience as you strive to shape the care delivered to the unit. Background/Expertise:
- Minimum of BSN or Bachelor’s in a different discipline in conjunction with MSN. Consideration will be given to ADN nurse if agree to complete BSN or MSN within three (3) years of hire into the position. Must sign agreement regarding BSN completion. Must obtain BSN within the 3 years to remain in the ANM position. Note: ANMs who were hired as an ADN prior to June 2023 and remain in the ANM role, are not required to obtain BSN.

Advanced Cardio Life Support required.
- Basic Life Support required.
- Current unencumbered license to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon required.
- Two (2) years minimum acute care RN experience required. Charge RN experience (desirable).
