Your Role With Us:As the Assistant Nurse Manager at Salem Health you will provide oversight for patient care and nursing services for the assigned unit to include promotion of quality evidence-based care and patient satisfaction in a fiscally responsive manger.Located on the fourth floor of our new Building A expansion tower, our new Surgical Neuro Trauma Care Unit is a 30 bed telemetry capable unit for surgical/neuro trauma patients. 15 beds are dedicated to providing care for surgical trauma patients and 15 beds are dedicated to providing care to trauma/neuro trauma patients.Salem Health's commitment to Nursing Excellence is unprecedented, as evidenced by Magnet re-designation, for the 3rdconsecutive time! Must sign agreement regarding BSN completion.
