Your Role With Us :
Salem Health is seeking a Urology Physician Associate to join our Salem Health Urology team. As a Urology Physician Associate, you will work in collaboration with Urologists and other members of the health care team to directly manage the care of patients in the hospital, outpatient surgical and ambulatory settings.

Background / Expertise :
- Graduation from a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Associate (ARC-PA) or its predecessors, e.g., CAHEA, CAAHEP.
- Successful completion of the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current Physician Associate license in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board (OMB).
- Knowledge of Lean methodology preferred
