Location Site: State StreetDepartment: SH State Street Outpatient RehabPosition Type: Full TimeYour Role With Us:Salem Health Outpatient Rehab is seeking a physical therapist to join our hand therapy rehab team. A Certified Hand Therapist, CHT is preferred or at least 1 year of experience treating hand patients with strong orthotic fabrication skills will be considered. Our hand therapy team serves primarily post-operative patients referred by our Salem Health Medical Group Hand Surgeons. We work closely with 3 onsite Hand Surgeons and 2 PA's. Graduate from a physical therapy program.Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required.A license as a physical therapist in the State of Oregon.A hand therapy certification and/or a minimum 2 years of hand therapy experience working toward certification in hand therapy is strongly encouraged.
