Your Role With Us:Medical Office Assistant- Salem Health Orthopedic ClinicAs a Medical Office Assistant you would be working with your team to manage the clinic patient schedule. Pre-register, register and check out patients according to procedure. Verify written physician orders for accuracy as compared to the procedure scheduled. Verify insurance benefits to determine eligibility and completes MSPQ, as needed. Collect co-pays, co-insurance and payments on past due accounts and other duties as required to ensure optimal functioning of the ambulatory clinic.
