Role Description
This is a full-time (36 Hour/Week) on-site role for a Polysomnography Technologist at Salem Health. The Polysomnography Technologist will be responsible for conducting sleep studies, monitoring patients during sleep studies, and analyzing results. The role involves collaborating with healthcare providers to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of polysomnography OR three years recent experience and documented competency in routine sleep medicine procedures required.
- BLS certification required at time of hire.
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential required.
- Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist license required.
- Two (2) years recent experience as a polysomnographic technologist in a sleep center preferred.
