Your Role With Us:
As our next Solution Center Operator, you will:
- Processes switchboard activities through the communication systems in a pleasant, courteous, prompt, complete and accurate manner according to approved policies and procedures.
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot customer issues, and follow up on customer interactions. Monitors all alarm systems in call center/switchboard and notifies appropriate person or response team according to approved policies and procedures.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resources.
- Other tasks as assigned by Solution Center Leadership.

Background/Expertise:
- One (1) year of college level course work in hardware, software components, operating systems required or a minimum of one (1) year of directly related experience will be accepted in lieu of education.
- One of the following required: One (1) year contact center, OR One (1) year Helpdesk, OR One (1) year Customer Service experience.
- Ability to follow scripts and workflow diagrams required; Healthcare knowledge preferred; Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Technical knowledge of personal computer operations, basic network operations and data communications set-ups
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume, emergency staffing and scheduling
- Must be able to function well under pressure.
