As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
- Utilize the nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities necessary to deliver quality direct resident care and make decisions promoting the safety and quality of care provided.
- Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and/or medications, observing residents for desired or unwanted effects.
- Communicate and collaborate with appropriate team members to revise/update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings, including lab/test results, incidents, and/or concerns.
- Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
- Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, and evaluate the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments and activities, considering the category of needs and competency of personnel.
