This position requires a strong background in medical telemetry and critical care, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including administration of medications and treatments
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong background in medical telemetry and critical care
- Able to read tele strips
Schedule Details:
- 36 hours per week
- Nights and Every Other Weekend
- Rotating shifts required for Days
