Job Details
- Nursing Supervisor 32hrs Nights and EOW
- Responsible for daily operations of Patient Care Services departments
- Interacts with nursing / patient Care Services staff and other departments to facilitate patient care
- Provides administrative and clinical support to nursing staff on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to read Tele Strips and perform Cardiac Drips
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills
- 3 years advanced Med / Surg Tele experience required
- Preferred : Critical care nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required
- Current Massachusetts RN license required
