Job Details
5x8 hour days M-F
Experience in outpatient hand therapy is required.
Experience working with post-op hand surgeries and splinting is required.
CHT certification preferred.
POSITION PURPOSE : The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health.
Education : BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required.
Experience : Clinical experience in the practice setting is required.
Job Requirements
Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible. License must be verified prior to start date.
